Every detail will be discussed and explored in advance to ensure you and your guests have a truly wonderful and memorable experience. At the Wro, nothing is set in stone and almost everything is possible!
From parties of twenty to one hundred and fifty, from formal to very casual we can put together a package to exceed all your expectations and make you and your guests very, very happy!

Wro Venues
The Bar
The original! A fabulous & very stylish setting suitable for informal parties with canapé style food and nibbles. A great venue for gatherings of thirty upwards, available for exclusive use for parties of over seventy five guests.
The Loft
From Spring 2010, the Loft will provide a great new addition – which can be used exclusively or linked to the chic bar below with a gallery style opening to capture the ‘Wro’ atmosphere. The Loft can be used exclusively for parties of fifty upwards, with a maximum capacity of sixty five guests – if used in conjunction with the bar downstairs it offers a total capacity of one hundred and fifty.
The Lounge
Our new sophisticated and very, very stylish venue is located in West Kirby’s former Post Office. Parties of twelve upwards can be catered for on our mezzanine, with the Orangery offering a beautiful setting for parties of up to twenty five. For a real celebration, the Wro Lounge provides a truly stunning venue which can be used exclusively for parties of over one hundred guests to a maximum capacity of one hundred and twenty five people.

We have a wide range of local artists who play very regularly at the Wro. Let us advise you on the very best of local talent to make sure your party goes with a swing!
Table Magician
Always a smash hit when he comes to the Wro, we highly recommend David Smith- what a talent! He will make certain your guests are still talking about the party for months to come!
Helium Balloons
Certain to add to the party atmosphere! We can arrange whatever is moist appropriate for your occasion from clusters on each table to a stunning full ceiling – as many of you have experienced at our New Year’s Eve parties!
Fresh Flowers
The flower arrangements at the Wro always get our customers talking! Why not make your celebration extra special with table arrangements by our Wro Florist, Sarah Ewer!
Use of an Executive Car Collection Service
Spoil your guests and make sure they really relax! We have strong links with companies who can collect your guests and return them home safely at the end of the evening.
Celebration Cakes
Whatever the occasion a cake always provides a great focal point to the celebrations. We can arrange a cake for you or if you want to bring along your own – no problem!
Bar Extension
Our venues are licensed for last orders at midnight but should you feel this is not quite late enough we can apply for an occasional licence to enable you and your guests to party on just that little bit more!
